Claudia Gohler recently represented us on selling our home in Sleepy Hollow in Orinda and it was the best and easiest experience I have had selling a house. I highly recommend her. We listed our house and the first weekend had a crazy storm. She made sure that the staged outdoor furniture was brought in from the rain off and on for 3 weeks. I hadn’t even thought of that and was so glad it wasn’t damaged. When I couldn’t attend an inspection she handled it for me. I got great advice throughout the process and our home sold above what we hoped to get for it and in only 2-1/2 weeks. She managed the timeline for me and made sure things went smoothly. The best part is she was honest and transparent and didn’t play games. Our last realtor didn’t tell the seller to remove a shed until last minute which put them in a tough spot.
